Shipping and Returns
Each of Zanzibar’s pieces is crafted by hand and packaged with the utmost care to give you an experience that reminds you of shopping from a tiny boutique you spotted in the alleys of a city you travelled to last summer. Due to this nature of our brand, we hold on to very few pieces with a 2-3 week stock replenish period. In the case where items are out of stock, those pieces will be made to order with an expected Indian delivery time of around 2 to 3 weeks.
But should you need something by a specific date, please write to us on email@example.com and we will do our absolute best to have your order to you as soon as possible.
We offer free shipping across India and you can expect your Zanzibar package within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your item is out of stock, you have an option for placing an order for it and every effort will be made for it to reach you within 2-3 weeks.
We also ship globally at a flat shipping rate of 35 USD and free shipping over orders worth 300 USD.
Please note that these shipping costs are exclusive of any import tax or customs duties which may be payable on delivery. Zanzibar Living is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This may delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via an email that will also include all your tracking and shipping information. However, please allow 48-hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available. As we ship orders Monday - Friday, tracking details will only be supplied on weekdays.
We work very hard to design pieces that are of the highest quality and stitched to last. While ensuring that we work in small batches of production and currently do not offer refunds as most items are made-to-order, especially for you. This is to avoid making any items unnecessarily or in excess to reduce our environmental footprint and truly commit to conscious consumerism.
NO EXCHANGE/RETURNS on SALE ITEMS
However, for NEW products you can choose to return a product in exchange for store credit that can be redeemed within 14 days for another product of equal or higher value. The cost of returning the shipment shall be borne by you. We will enable store credit for you once we've received the package and we have inspected it for spills, tears and damage.
